Bad customer service and poor representation of price display!!! You enter into chaos all over the store, there are no real price points anywhere only random prices displayed. As a customer, you expect to pay the price that you see on display only to get to register for them tell you “oh no it’s double that price “and instead accommodating their loyal customers for an error on their part !! Only for them to then turn it in you to make you feel so little and humiliated in front of me the other customer! AVOID THIS LOCATION BY ALL MEANS!!! There are so many other elegant that have a great customer service, amazing service women that will tend to black women without judging you and making you feel like nothing!!! Or just go across the street to the competitors They have better prices anyways.

I really never have any complaints when coming to this store.It always has so many things to offer for reasonable pricing. I was having difficulty picking a hair and a worker named Juliana really helped me. In the end the customer service is always quick and helpful and the workers truly know how to brighten a mood.

Was a fine experience until I went to check out. The cashier was rude and seemed to intentionally cough on my items. One of my products didnt have a label and she looked at me crazy. I had to remind her that she was the one on the clock and to please look it up. Lady got even more rude because she had to do her job. I will not be going to this store and I will be making sure the rude, nasty cashier with mole didn't up charge my products.

I love this place, very organized very clean and there is something for every hair type, the service is really good and Mohammed in the cashier is super nice and polite, my favorite store in Coral Springs.

The man at the cash register is absolutely rude in the manner he speaks to people. I usually never leave reviews but this man got under my skin so much, I had to let it be know. I will never recommend anyone to set foot in this establishment.

I hate to even patronize this store or company ! They watch you around the store I’m not even sure why we let them even have access our products when we are the main consumers yet we are constantly racially profiled . I will not spend another one of my dollars here and I will be telling others. There is a black owned beauty supply on Mcnab inside the plaza with Broward meats . He has amazing customer service and you can walk around freely without being constantly watched by their fake shoppers

a wonderful place you find everything for your hair ,for your nails ,if you have a hairdresser you can find everything and very good prices 👏🏻👌is an excellent place to motivate you in your care of your hair 😄the place has excellent service 👌all very organized 👌very clean and easily find the things are not going to regret coming here Super recommended good Champoo for four hair! And has extensions to! I love this place👏🏻
